Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile
- Engage in friendly conversation when seating guests and introducing servers
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during busy periods to ensure accurate guest wait times
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest touch points regularly
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
