Job Requirements
- Must be 17 years or older
- reliable and punctual with consistent attendance
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong verbal communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- passion for hospitality and teamwork
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is beneficial
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- basic knowledge of reservation or seating software is a plus
Job Duties
- Meet greet and welcome guests at the front door
- seat guests according to availability
- coordinate seating with servers to maintain optimal flow
- provide a friendly and energetic guest experience
- handle guest inquiries and direct them appropriately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- contribute to a team environment supporting fellow staff
