Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Must be able to stand for long periods

- Availability to work weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage but not required

- Basic math skills for managing wait lists and seating arrangements
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Inform guests about wait times accurately and manage the wait list
- Maintain the highest standard of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- Collaborate closely with store management and team members to foster a team-oriented environment
- Live out and promote the CPK High 5 values
- Sell menu items enthusiastically to enhance guest experience
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly
