Job Requirements

  • minimum one year of previous customer service experience
  • proficiency in phone etiquette
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • greet incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner
  • manage wait times and seating arrangements efficiently
  • answer phones and direct calls promptly and professionally
  • engage with guests through friendly small talk
  • maintain an organized and clean host station
  • support the restaurant team with communication and coordination
  • provide guests with information about the restaurant and reservation status
