Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome to each and every Guest who calls or visits our restaurants
- Effectively coordinate and control Guest flow at the door by enthusiastically greeting arrivals, seating, and providing warm farewells
- Demonstrate hospitality by walking Guests to their tables and engaging them along the way
- Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Effectively communicate with Guests and fellow Team Members
- Be a team player and work well with others
