Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum one year hosting experience in a high volume restaurant preferred
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English fluently
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and provide proof upon hire
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Must be reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications

- Exceptional guest or customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Able to work well under pressure and multitask
- Knowledge of reservation systems such as Open Table is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide a welcoming and friendly greeting for guests using their name and confirming party size
- Escort guests to their table at a comfortable pace and inform staff of special needs
- Present menus and notify servers when guests are seated
- Manage seating charts and reservation systems accurately
- Communicate with kitchen and management about open menu counts and seating flow
- Maintain cleanliness of entry, seating areas, restrooms, and other restaurant zones
- Inspect menus regularly and replace when necessary
- Check dining and bar area for irregularities and correct issues immediately
- Answer phone inquiries with knowledge of the restaurant and direct guests accordingly
- Acknowledge and thank guests upon departure and relay feedback to managers
- Perform opening and closing duties to maintain restaurant organization
- Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally
- Assist and collaborate with bussers, cooks, and other team members to maintain smooth operations
