Job Duties
- Greet and engage guests with a warm smile and genuine conversation
- Manage the wait by leading the lobby experience and coordinating guest seating with a sense of urgency
- Create memorable first and last impressions while adhering to hospitality standards
- Seat guests promptly in dining and bar areas ensuring smooth transition to service staff
- Maintain a welcoming and organized lobby area
- Communicate effectively with team members to optimize guest experience
- Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed
