Job Requirements
- Must have at least high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year restaurant experience
- ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- must be at least 18 years old and legally able to serve alcohol
- able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

Job Duties
- Act as the first and last point of contact for guests, representing the restaurant’s culture and providing exceptional guest service
- think on your toes, make quick adjustments and decisions prioritizing guest experience
- manage phone lines and take reservations according to procedures
- handle the online reservation and table management platform
- greet guests, escort them to tables, and provide menus
- gracefully manage pressure from guests and staff simultaneously, exhibiting patience and understanding
- demonstrate superior organizational skills and coordinate seating strategically
- maintain communication with the kitchen and management about floor and booking status
- perform side work and assist with proper opening and closing of the restaurant
- promote the restaurant’s community and culture by demonstrating respect, positive energy, and professionalism
- assist servers and staff as needed with serving food and alcohol
- promote and support the restaurant’s eco-conscious vision
