Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
- Manage seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and wait times
- Ensure guest touch points and dining areas are clean, sanitized, and safe
- Present menus and offer suggestions to enhance the dining experience
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth guest service
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them back
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues to maintain satisfaction
