Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Reliable and punctual
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

Prior experience as a host, hostess, greeter, or maitre d preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to stand for extended periods
Basic knowledge of restaurant seating and reservation systems is a plus
Strong team player with a customer-first attitude

Job Duties

Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
Seat guests promptly and assist in maintaining the flow of guests throughout the restaurant
Manage guest waitlists and reservations efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host area
Assist with special events and promotions as needed
