Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a host, hostess, greeter, or maitre d preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant seating and reservation systems is a plus
  • Strong team player with a customer-first attitude

Job Duties

  • Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Seat guests promptly and assist in maintaining the flow of guests throughout the restaurant
  • Manage guest waitlists and reservations efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host area
  • Assist with special events and promotions as needed
