Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a host, hostess, greeter, or maitre d preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of restaurant seating and reservation systems is a plus
- Strong team player with a customer-first attitude
Job Duties
- Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Seat guests promptly and assist in maintaining the flow of guests throughout the restaurant
- Manage guest waitlists and reservations efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host area
- Assist with special events and promotions as needed
