Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work an average of 30 hours per week to qualify for benefits
  • Strong communication skills
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Experience in customer service preferred

  • Basic knowledge of reservation and seating software is a plus

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm welcome to each and every Guest who calls or visits the restaurant
  • Effectively coordinate and control Guest flow by greeting arrivals, seating Guests, and providing warm farewells
  • Demonstrate hospitality by escorting Guests to their tables and engaging with them along the way
  • Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with Guests and fellow Team Members
  • Work collaboratively as a team player
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
