Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US
- Able to work standing for up to 9 hours
- Able to safely lift and maneuver up to 20 pounds
- County required food and alcohol serving certifications obtained prior to employment
- Familiarity with POS and iPad systems recommended
- Prior hospitality experience helpful but not mandatory

- Experienced in using POS and iPad systems
- Able to work standing for long periods up to 9 hours
- Able to safely lift and maneuver up to 20 pounds

- Prior experience in hospitality recommended but not required
Job Duties
- Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area
- Welcome each guest into the restaurant and thank them when they leave
- Seat each guest in a timely manner and effectively manage the waitlist iPad system
- Keep the crowd excited and entertained if there is a wait
- Answer phones, take to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system
- Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes
- Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate these requests to servers as needed
- Assist teammates as needed with food delivery and bussing tables
