- Experience working with reservations teams at top restaurants and bars in New York
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work harmoniously with all departments
- Professionalism and excellent communication skills
- Experience with restaurant systems, reservation, event platforms, and technology
- Ability to perform Maitre D duties
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Work within the host team and deliver excellent service and hospitality to the Hawksmoor standard
- Responsible for the setting up and breaking down of each service on reservations
- Maintain excellent rapport with colleagues and guests
- Perform Maitre D duties to ensure smooth and successful services
- Collaborate effectively with reservations and other departments
- Utilize restaurant systems and reservation platforms proficiently
- Manage service flow and guest experience during shifts
