Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Manage the flow of guests by coordinating seating arrangements and maintaining an organized waiting list
  • Provide accurate wait times and communicate any delays to guests
  • Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable
  • Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized host stand area
  • Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
  • Assist with bussing and resetting tables as needed
  • Handle and coordinate to go orders for customers
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism
