- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift 15 pounds at a time

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Manage the flow of guests by coordinating seating arrangements and maintaining an organized waiting list
- Provide accurate wait times and communicate any delays to guests
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand area
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
- Assist with bussing and resetting tables as needed
- Handle and coordinate to go orders for customers
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism
