Job Duties
- Greet and welcome customers upon arrival
- Seat guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining area
- Communicate effectively with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth seating flow
- Manage reservation and waitlist systems efficiently
- Provide information about menu items and restaurant specials
- Ensure guests have a positive and enjoyable dining experience
