Job Duties
- Work within the host team delivering excellent service and hospitality to Hawksmoor standard
- Set up and break down each service on reservations
- Build excellent rapport with colleagues and guests
- Manage duties as Maitre D ensuring smooth and successful services
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication during service
- Use restaurant systems and reservation platforms efficiently
- Support event management and guest seating arrangements
