Job Duties

  • Work within the host team delivering excellent service and hospitality to Hawksmoor standard
  • Set up and break down each service on reservations
  • Build excellent rapport with colleagues and guests
  • Manage duties as Maitre D ensuring smooth and successful services
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication during service
  • Use restaurant systems and reservation platforms efficiently
  • Support event management and guest seating arrangements
