Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome to each and every guest who calls or visits the restaurants
- Effectively coordinate and control guest flow at the door by enthusiastically greeting arrivals, seating, and providing a warm farewell to departing guests
- Demonstrate hospitality by walking guests to their tables and engaging them along the way
- Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Effectively communicate with guests and fellow team members
- Be a team player and work well with others
