Job Requirements
- Must be 17 years or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable standing for extended periods

Job Qualifications

- Basic computer skills to manage reservations and waitlists
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression
- Escort guests to tables in a timely and courteous manner
- Manage reservation and waitlists efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize guest seating and flow
- Answer guest inquiries and provide menu information
- Assist in managing guest complaints and ensuring satisfaction
