Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and a welcoming demeanor
- Basic computer skills for managing reservation systems
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in the foodservice industry is preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Ability to perform a variety of duties with extreme care concern and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with supervisor fellow employees and guests
- Ability to effectively listen follow instructions and adjust to changing conditions
- Exhibits a pleasant personality and commitment to guest service
Job Duties
- Accurately capture and record guest information
- Perform side work and set-up duties as assigned
- Organize online reservation system before and during shift
- Seat guests according to floor plan and reservation
- Maintain professional appearance as an ambassador of Eberly
