- Previous experience as a host or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism

Job Duties
- Greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave
- Manage the waitlist and seating chart efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Answer phone calls and handle reservations and inquiries
- Communicate guest preferences and special requests to servers and kitchen staff
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
- Monitor dining room activity to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Provide accurate wait time estimates to guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and seek assistance from management when necessary
