Job Requirements
- Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus but not required
- Guest focused mindset
- Teamwork is a must
- Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business
- Can effectively communicate with management team members and guests
- Availability to work days nights and/or weekends

Job Duties
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- Welcoming and engaging with all guests while being an ambassador of fun
- Promoting and recommending activities based on guests' needs and activity availability
- Troubleshooting and handling lane malfunction calls
- Issuing and cleaning bowling shoes
- Maintaining shoe organization
- Escorting guests to their lane and assisting with lane setup and ball selection
- Ensuring guests adhere to all bowling safety standards
- Processing payment transactions
- Maintaining a clean and organized bowl desk and lanes
- Completing side duties
