Job Requirements

  • must be at least 16 years of age
  • willingness to work flexible and long hours as needed
  • ability to stand for entire shift exerting up to 20 pounds
  • ability to maneuver in dining and kitchen areas
  • ability to reach overhead, carry trays, handle hot and cold beverages, bend below the waist
  • ability to communicate intentions clearly with co-workers
  • approach all guest encounters in a friendly and service-oriented manner
  • maintain cleanliness protocols per covid-19 standards
  • maintain proper personal grooming including wearing uniform and protective equipment when required

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • friendly and approachable personality
  • ability to handle physical demands of the job
  • knowledge of food service industry standards is a plus

Job Duties

  • greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • communicate accurate wait times to guests
  • engage guests by suggesting favorite meals
  • maintain cleanliness of high-touch areas in the restaurant and restrooms
  • stand and maneuver throughout the dining and kitchen areas during shifts
  • adhere to personal grooming and uniform standards
  • follow health and safety protocols including wearing masks and gloves when required
