Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- willingness to work flexible and long hours as needed
- ability to stand for entire shift exerting up to 20 pounds
- ability to maneuver in dining and kitchen areas
- ability to reach overhead, carry trays, handle hot and cold beverages, bend below the waist
- ability to communicate intentions clearly with co-workers
- approach all guest encounters in a friendly and service-oriented manner
- maintain cleanliness protocols per covid-19 standards
- maintain proper personal grooming including wearing uniform and protective equipment when required
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- friendly and approachable personality
- ability to handle physical demands of the job
- knowledge of food service industry standards is a plus
Job Duties
- greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- communicate accurate wait times to guests
- engage guests by suggesting favorite meals
- maintain cleanliness of high-touch areas in the restaurant and restrooms
- stand and maneuver throughout the dining and kitchen areas during shifts
- adhere to personal grooming and uniform standards
- follow health and safety protocols including wearing masks and gloves when required
