Job Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- must have high energy, great communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team
- must be able to stand during entire shift, often up to 8 hours with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting plates, boxes, and objects up to 30lbs
- must have attention to detail and willingness to deliver exceptional customer service
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as a host in a high-volume, fine dining setting
- must be 21+ years of age
- must have excellent time management skills
- must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy

Job Duties
- Greet and escort guests to tables in a gracious and professional manner
- interact with guests and fellow staff members in a polite, courteous, and hospitable manner to ensure all guests have an exemplary dining experience
- greet and acknowledge VIPs in a professional manner
- control the flow of guests coming into the restaurant and bar
- anticipate guest needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
- maintain a proactive approach to solving any guest questions or problems
- direct guest to the appropriate waiting area and provide table updates
