Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Willingness to work flexible and long hours when required
  • Ability to stand during entire shift and exert up to 20 pounds as needed
  • Ability to maneuver throughout dining and kitchen areas
  • Ability to reach overhead, carry trays, handle hot and cold beverages, and bend below the waist
  • Ability to communicate clearly with coworkers
  • Approach all guest encounters in a friendly, socially distanced, and service-oriented manner
  • Continuously clean high-touch points and restrooms during the shift
  • Maintain a regular schedule in compliance with business needs
  • Adhere to uniform, grooming, and mask/glove policies as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience beneficial
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant
  • Communicate accurate wait times to guests
  • Engage guests by suggesting menu favorites
  • Manage guest seating and flow efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness in high-touch areas and restrooms
  • Follow COVID-19 cleaning and safety protocols
  • Wear proper uniform and maintain high personal grooming standards
