Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Willingness to work flexible and long hours when required
- Ability to stand during entire shift and exert up to 20 pounds as needed
- Ability to maneuver throughout dining and kitchen areas
- Ability to reach overhead, carry trays, handle hot and cold beverages, and bend below the waist
- Ability to communicate clearly with coworkers
- Approach all guest encounters in a friendly, socially distanced, and service-oriented manner
- Continuously clean high-touch points and restrooms during the shift
- Maintain a regular schedule in compliance with business needs
- Adhere to uniform, grooming, and mask/glove policies as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant
- Communicate accurate wait times to guests
- Engage guests by suggesting menu favorites
- Manage guest seating and flow efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness in high-touch areas and restrooms
- Follow COVID-19 cleaning and safety protocols
- Wear proper uniform and maintain high personal grooming standards
