Job Duties

  • Create memorable first and last impressions while adhering to hospitality standards
  • Ensure smooth handoff to service staff through effective communication
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
  • Assist guests with special requests and provide information about the menu or restaurant services
  • Support teamwork by coordinating effectively with restaurant staff
