Job Requirements

  • accurately manages cash drawer

  • assists with bussing, station stocking, water and beverage refills, and clearing plates

  • follows management directions, including cleaning, sanitation, and safety measures
  • conducts daily cleaning projects effectively
  • complies with break policies and documents break times
  • manages wait lists and quotes wait times using technology or manual methods

Job Qualifications

  • Able to obtain valid Food Handler's Card and OLCC Server Permit
  • able to arrive to work on time and ready for scheduled shifts
  • basic knowledge of hospitality, service and restaurant operations
  • friendly, professional and helpful attitude towards coworkers, management, delivery drivers, vendors and guests
  • able to perform basic mathematics accurately
  • ability to manage payments using Micros POS system
  • maintain positive demeanor and good time management skills
  • knowledge of hand-washing, food handling and safety practices as per health department and management guidelines
  • follow OLCC regulations and company policies regarding alcohol sales

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly and warmly
  • take orders in person, over the phone, online and on tablets
  • accurately pack take-out orders
  • manage deliveries
  • run orders for curbside pick-up
  • clean, sanitize and disinfect dining areas
  • follow all procedures outlined in training manuals and handbooks
  • manage host cash drawer accurately
  • report any items left by guests, staff or vendors to the manager on duty
  • demonstrate comprehensive menu knowledge and expedite orders
  • maintain friendly and professional demeanor at all times
  • assist front-of-house staff with bussing and station stocking
  • manage wait lists and quote wait times accurately
  • comply with all company policies and health regulations
