Job Requirements

- Adherence to service standards including food safety and phone etiquette

- Familiarity with POS and reservation technology
- Flexibility in scheduling
- Ability to work with diverse team members

- Commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
- Ability to follow standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation, and phone etiquette
- Organized, detail oriented, and a great communicator
- Skilled at addressing problems quickly and turning tough situations into positive outcomes
- Comfortable using technology such as POS Toast, Open Table, and Hot Schedules
- Flexible schedule and open availability
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and warmly
- Manage guest seating and waiting lists efficiently
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the host station
- Maintain accurate reservations and seating assignments using POS and reservation systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues courteously
- Coordinate with the front of house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
