Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school education or equivalent
  • Ability to provide warm and friendly customer service
  • Experience interacting with guests in a hospitality setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in busy environments
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to maintain cleanliness standards throughout the shift

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to remain courteous and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills for managing seating and waiting lists
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation
  • Seat guests promptly and introduce them to their server
  • Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods
  • Accurately set guest expectations regarding wait times
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest touch points regularly
  • Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
  • Assist with general front-of-house operations as needed
