Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school education or equivalent
- Ability to provide warm and friendly customer service
- Experience interacting with guests in a hospitality setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in busy environments
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to maintain cleanliness standards throughout the shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain courteous and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for managing seating and waiting lists
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation
- Seat guests promptly and introduce them to their server
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods
- Accurately set guest expectations regarding wait times
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest touch points regularly
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Assist with general front-of-house operations as needed
