Job Requirements
- Full time (30 hours or more) or part time position (30 hours or less) with flexible schedule
- State Food Handler's Certification required
- Responsible Alcohol Service Certification required
- Must be able to work early morning to late night shifts
- Commitment to providing excellent hospitality service
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shift times
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated passion for providing excellent guest experiences
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and guest seating protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests entering the restaurant while maintaining clear communication with other service positions
- Uphold hospitality standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Support and uplift teammates through collaborative teamwork
- Manage guest flow efficiently during busy periods
- Stay calm and operate with urgency under pressure
- Look for creative solutions to enhance guest satisfaction
- Act as a positive brand ambassador representing company values
