Job Requirements
- all county required food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment
- able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 9 hours
- able to safely lift and easily maneuver up to 20 pounds
- at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US
Job Qualifications
- fun, energetic, eager, and a committed team member
- familiar with basic knowledge of Snooze service
- familiar with POS and iPad systems
- able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 9 hours
- able to safely lift and easily maneuver up to 20 pounds
- at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US
- prior experience recommended, not required
Job Duties
- maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area
- welcome each guest into our home and thank them when they leave
- seat each guest in a timely manner and effectively manage the waitlist iPad system
- keep the crowd excited and having fun if on a wait
- answer phones, place to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system
- inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes
- respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate guest requests to server as needed
- assist teammates as needed with food delivery and bussing tables
