Job Duties
- Interact courteously with guests including answering phones, greeting guests, seating guests, making reservations, taking food orders
- Uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area, and crowd control
- Learn restaurant seating layout, table divisions for servers, and food delivery processes
- Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang's specifications
- Learn curbside and takeout procedures
- Conduct side work as required for each shift
- Provide positive and professional first and last impressions to guests
