Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Teamwork skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and maintain a positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- Ability to provide friendly and professional customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Basic knowledge of reservation management system
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet every guest at the restaurant with a smile
- Accurately quote wait times and manage reservations
- Attend to guests by providing special experiences
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure a seamless experience
- Provide a warm farewell and invitation to return
- Focus on your team and guests by making decisions that consider both
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host station
