Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older
- Opens door for guests arriving and departing
- Accommodates any special needs of guests, such as boosters, highchairs, disabilities
- Manages the wait list when the restaurant is full
- Provides guest assistance to servers as needed
- Maintains a clean and organized work area and completes cleaning as assigned
- Fills out the feature board and inflates balloons
Job Qualifications
- Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to stand and be mobile for up to four hours per shift
- Ability to transport and carry objects weighing up to 15 pounds multiple times per shift
- Ability to clean tabletops, table legs, booth seats and pick up debris throughout the restaurant
- Clear speech and attentive listening skills
Job Duties
- Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly manner
- Seat guests and assist in maintaining the overall guest flow
- Accommodate guests with special needs such as boosters, highchairs, and disabilities
- Manage the wait list during peak times
- Provide assistance to servers as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete assigned cleaning tasks
- Update feature boards and decorate with balloons as required
