Job Requirements
- ability to greet guests professionally and courteously
- basic math skills to manage waitlist and reservations
- reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- passion for hospitality and food
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- inform guests of wait times and manage the waitlist accurately
- maintain the highest standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- collaborate with store management and team members to create a cohesive team environment
- provide guests with menu information and promote featured items
- ensure guests have a memorable dining experience by embodying the company’s culture and values
