Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light cleaning duties
- Basic English proficiency
- Age 18 or older
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and welcoming demeanor
- Show guests to their tables and manage seating arrangements efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant front area
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant and menu
- Manage waitlists and reservations as needed
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist in cross-training and supporting other team members as necessary
