Job Duties
- Interact courteously with guests including answering phones, greeting guests, seating guests, making reservations, and taking food orders
- Uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at the front door, host desk, lobby area, and managing crowd control
- Learn restaurant seating layout, understand how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food
- Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang's specifications
- Learn curbside process and takeout expectations
- Conduct side-work as required for each shift
