Job Requirements

  • Ability to provide top-notch hospitality in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant Team Members
  • Be the face of Pacific Catch, engaging with Guests, inviting Guests in, seating Guests, introducing the menu, and answering the phone
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to manage a heavy workload
  • Ability to prioritize well and remember all Guest requests
  • Embraces all Pacific Catch’s Core Values, Hospitality Standards, and Team Member Standards
  • Ability to operate a POS system and Open Table Software
  • Ability to accurately handle cash and all financial transactions
  • High school education is required
  • Minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant/customer service industry preferred
  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length
  • Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with POS systems and reservation software preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly and promptly
  • Seat guests efficiently while managing waitlists
  • Introduce the menu and answer guest inquiries
  • Operate POS and Open Table software for reservations and seating
  • Handle cash and financial transactions accurately
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
