Job Requirements
- Ability to provide top-notch hospitality in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant Team Members
- Be the face of Pacific Catch, engaging with Guests, inviting Guests in, seating Guests, introducing the menu, and answering the phone
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to manage a heavy workload
- Ability to prioritize well and remember all Guest requests
- Embraces all Pacific Catch’s Core Values, Hospitality Standards, and Team Member Standards
- Ability to operate a POS system and Open Table Software
- Ability to accurately handle cash and all financial transactions
- High school education is required
- Minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant/customer service industry preferred
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and promptly
- Seat guests efficiently while managing waitlists
- Introduce the menu and answer guest inquiries
- Operate POS and Open Table software for reservations and seating
- Handle cash and financial transactions accurately
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
