Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
  • Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Basic computer skills to manage reservations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Accurately quoting wait times and managing reservations
