Job Duties
- Interact courteously with guests including answering phones, greeting, seating, making reservations, and taking food orders
- uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area, and crowd control
- learn the restaurant seating layout, table divisions, and how to deliver food
- set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to company specifications
- learn the curbside process and takeout expectations
- conduct side-work as required for each shift
