Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- Must have reliable transportation or means to reliable transportation

- Willingness to learn and take direction
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations
- Ability to stand and move actively during shifts
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Inform guests about wait times accurately and manage the waitlist
- Maintain the highest standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- Work closely with store management and team members to promote a team-oriented environment
- Demonstrate knowledge of the menu and assist guests as needed
- Support maintaining a clean and organized host station
- Help to ensure a memorable guest dining experience
