Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
- ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours
- ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
- willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks
- ability to handle disinfectant cleaning supplies safely
- commitment to providing exceptional guest service
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset but not required
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to stand and move for long periods
- basic knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus

Job Duties
- greet guests warmly at the door and provide excellent customer service
- assist servers by delivering meals, refilling drinks, and clearing plates
- maintain the flow of guests in the dining area to ensure efficient seating and service
- transport plates, glasses, and baskets between the dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- comply with health and safety standards by wearing protective hand coverings, face masks, and frequently washing hands
- communicate effectively with guests and team members to enhance guest experience
- perform light cleaning duties using disinfectant supplies during the shift
