Job Duties
- Interact courteously with guests by answering phones, greeting, seating, making reservations, and taking food orders
- Uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at the front door, host desk, lobby area, and crowd control
- Learn restaurant seating layout, division of tables into server areas, and food delivery procedures
- Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang’s specifications
- Learn curbside process and takeout expectations
- Conduct required side work for each shift
