Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is beneficial
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of phone systems and seating software is a plus

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm welcome to each and every Guest who calls or visits the restaurant
  • Effectively coordinate and control Guest flow by enthusiastically greeting arrivals, seating, and providing a warm farewell
  • Demonstrate hospitality by walking Guests to their table and engaging them along the way
  • Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner
  • Effectively communicate with Guests and fellow Team Members
  • Be a team player and work well with others
  • Maintain an organized and clean waiting area to ensure a positive first impression
