Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of phone systems and seating software is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome to each and every Guest who calls or visits the restaurant
- Effectively coordinate and control Guest flow by enthusiastically greeting arrivals, seating, and providing a warm farewell
- Demonstrate hospitality by walking Guests to their table and engaging them along the way
- Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner
- Effectively communicate with Guests and fellow Team Members
- Be a team player and work well with others
- Maintain an organized and clean waiting area to ensure a positive first impression
