Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of experience in customer service or hospitality
- ability to work under minimal supervision
- excellent communication skills
- basic math proficiency for cash handling
- availability to work evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Responsible for greeting and seating guests
- know how to read and use the seating chart and wait list
- knowledgeable in Rib Crib products served including preparation methods, portion sizes, and prices
- discuss menu items with customers in person or over the phone
- answer phone calls, determine the nature of the call, and direct calls to appropriate persons
- take call-in orders and answer catering questions when necessary
- oversee cleanliness and organization of the cashier stand and restroom maintenance
- perform stocking services for the to-go station and package to-go orders
- record and analyze cash flow including opening, running, and closing duties
- demonstrate willingness to assume any responsibility or perform any task to support teamwork
- perform all other duties as assigned
