Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year of experience in customer service or hospitality
  • ability to work under minimal supervision
  • excellent communication skills
  • basic math proficiency for cash handling
  • availability to work evenings and weekends

  • dependable and trustworthy

Job Duties

  • Responsible for greeting and seating guests
  • know how to read and use the seating chart and wait list
  • knowledgeable in Rib Crib products served including preparation methods, portion sizes, and prices
  • discuss menu items with customers in person or over the phone
  • answer phone calls, determine the nature of the call, and direct calls to appropriate persons
  • take call-in orders and answer catering questions when necessary
  • oversee cleanliness and organization of the cashier stand and restroom maintenance
  • perform stocking services for the to-go station and package to-go orders
  • record and analyze cash flow including opening, running, and closing duties
  • demonstrate willingness to assume any responsibility or perform any task to support teamwork
  • perform all other duties as assigned
