Job Requirements
- all county food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment
- able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- able to safely lift and maneuver up to 20 pounds
- at least 18 years of age
- authorized to work in the US

- familiar with POS and iPad systems

Job Duties
- maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area
- welcome each guest and thank them when they leave
- seat each guest in a timely manner and manage waitlist iPad system effectively
- keep the crowd excited and having fun during wait times
- answer phones, place to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system
- inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes
- respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate them to servers
- assist teammates with food delivery and bussing tables as needed
