Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly demeanor
- Escort guests to tables
- Manage reservations and maintain a waitlist when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service as part of the Front of House team
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ensure a welcoming and organized host station
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in the entry area
