Job Requirements

Minimum one year of previous experience providing customer service
Experience with answering customer calls and phone etiquette
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
Ability to stand for extended periods

Put guests at ease during wait times with effective communication
Maintain organization at the host stand to ensure smooth operations
Represent Fleming's warmth and hospitality consistently in all guest interactions
