Job Duties
- greet guests with a warm and friendly smile
- facilitate guest seating and manage the waitlist efficiently
- present clean menus and provide information about daily specials
- ensure all guest and team member touchpoints are regularly sanitized and disinfected
- assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
- thank guests sincerely and invite them to return
- coordinate with the service team to enhance the guest dining experience
