- prior experience in a customer service or restaurant host role
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask effectively
- knowledge of cash handling and payment transactions
- ability to answer and direct phone calls professionally
- willingness to maintain cleanliness and organization
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Responsible for greeting and seating guests
- know how to read and use the seating chart and wait list
- knowledge of Rib Crib products, preparation methods, portion sizes, and prices
- discuss menu items with customers in person or on the phone
- answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- take call-in orders and handle catering questions
- oversee cleanliness and organization of cashier stand and restrooms
- perform stocking services for the to-go station and package to-go orders
- record and analyze cash flow including opening, running, and closing duties
- demonstrate teamwork by assisting with any task as needed
- perform other duties as assigned
