Job Duties
- Responsible for greeting and seating guests
- know how to read and use the seating chart and wait list
- knowledgeable in Rib Crib products served, preparation methods, portion sizes, and prices
- answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- take call-in orders and answer catering questions
- oversee cleanliness and organization of cashier stand and restrooms
- perform stocking services for the to-go station and package to-go orders
- record and analyze cash flow including opening, running and closing duties
- demonstrate willingness to perform any task to support team
- perform all other duties as assigned
