  • knowledge of restaurant menu items and pricing
  • ability to handle multiple tasks and phone calls

Job Duties

  • Responsible for greeting and seating guests
  • know how to read and use the seating chart and wait list
  • knowledgeable in Rib Crib products served, preparation methods, portion sizes, and prices
  • answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • take call-in orders and answer catering questions
  • oversee cleanliness and organization of cashier stand and restrooms
  • perform stocking services for the to-go station and package to-go orders
  • record and analyze cash flow including opening, running and closing duties
  • demonstrate willingness to perform any task to support team
  • perform all other duties as assigned
